The applicant has apprehension of arrest in Crime No.149 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1),115(2),352,74,75,76,189(2),191(2),193(3),190 and 324(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered with Police Station Dongaon, district, Buldhana. 5.

The allegations in the First Information Report are made that there is a dispute between two families and

2 / 3 14-aba 656-25 the quarrel took place. Counter First Information Reports are registered against each other for the same incident. 6.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant has stated that ten family members are already granted pre arrest bail. The bail of this applicant is rejected. He is 65 yeas of age. The allegations are made against this applicant that he has assaulted with rod on the leg of the injured. The injured has informed the police about the incident. He went to the police station by walk. The certificate of private doctor is brought on record and the crime is registered against all the family members.

7. Considering the allegations made against this applicant and as ten family members are already protected by granting anticipatory bail, the case is made out to grant ad-interim anticipatory bail to this applicant. Hence, following order:

i] It is directed that in the event of arrest of applicant-Dashrath Namdeo Akhare in connection with 149 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 352, 74, 75, 76, 189(2), 191(2), 193(3), 190 and 324(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered with Police Station Dongaon, district, Buldhana, he shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand with one surety in the like amount.

3 / 3 14-aba 656-25 ii] The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iii] The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

iv] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday and Saturday between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

v] The applicant shall co-operate the investigating officer.

The protection shall remain in force till next date.
