The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.0149/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 118(2), 118(1), 115(2), 351(2), 351(3), 352, 74, 75, 76, 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 324(1) and 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Dispute between two families took place and the counter F.I.Rs. are registered. The other family members are already granted pre-arrest bail. This applicant is also protected by ad interim protection.

Considering the allegations made against this applicant and the counter F.I.Rs. between both families, interim protection granted by this Court is confirmed on the same terms and conditions. 4.
