DATE : 7th APRIL, 2025 P.C. :- Mr. Dedhia, the learned counsel appearing for the Union Territory of Dadra & Nagar Haveli submits that a week's time more is needed in order to complete the investigation. 2.

Mr.Kini, the learned counsel for the intervener is appearing through Video Conferencing. Due to some technical problem, the voice of Mr.Kini cannot be heard by this Court.

The dispute seems to be between two brothers. I have been

KVM 2/2 19 - ABA 657 OF 2025.doc made to understand that atleast two commercial suits are pending between the parties, one of which is gone upto the stage of writ been filed before this Court and status quo order is passed by this Court. So also, I have been told that the arbitration proceeding between the parties is going on and is at the stage of evidence been recorded of the claimant.

In view of the same, suffice will be the purpose as of today to direct the applicant to attend the office of the Investigating Officer and meet him for recording the statement.

The applicant to attend and meet the Investigating Officer on 15th April 2025 and 16th April 2025 between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 6.

Stand over to 21st April, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption of 'Urgent Circulation'.

Till the next date of the hearing, no coercive steps be taken against the applicant.
