The allegations in the FIR is that the applicants were servants who were encroached upon the subject property. The civil suit was filed between the parties before the Small Causes Court at Pune. The said civil suit has been withdrawn.

Liberty is granted to the applicants to add the informant as party respondent no.2 in the present proceedings. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. The learned APP to serve the newly added respondent no.2 the copy of the amended anticipatory bail application through IO.
