DATE : 7th MARCH,2025 P.C. :- It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that the applicant is working as an Administrative Officer with Sassoon Hospital, Pune. An additional charge of D.D.O. was given to the applicant. There was a fraud committed by certain employees with the help of private persons which according to the FIR was to the tune of Rs.4,18,62,942/-. 2.

Mr.Shinde, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that there are in all 26 accused. The money alleged in the present proceedings as per the statement has gone into the account of 23 accused. None of the money has come in the bank account of the present applicant. He submits that when the present applicant came

KVM 2/2 917 - ABA 662 OF 2025.doc to know that some kind of fraud is going on, he immediately filed a complaint on 28th August, 2024, a copy of the same is enclosed at page no.80 of the present proceedings. The present FIR has been filed much later, on 14th September, 2024. Apart from this, the present applicant is a cancer patient. The documents to that effect are enclosed at page nos. 29 to 79.

Taking into consideration the facts and the position in the present proceedings that the applicant is a cancer patient and no alleged money is transferred in his bank account, at this stage, interim protection needs to be granted to the applicant. 4.

Therefore, till the next date of the hearing, no coercive steps be taken against the applicant.

The applicant to attend the office of the concerned Investigating Officer in order to record the statement for further investigation on 13th March 2025 and 15th March 2025 between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called.
