This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with the First Information Report (FIR) No.704/2024 registered with the Vile Parle Police Station, for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant no role to play in the present crime. The names of the present applicants are not mentioned in the FIR. Only during the

Diksha Rane 16 ABA 664-2025.doc investigation the names of the present applicants have come up. There are criminal antecedents reported against the present applicants. However, in the present crime there is no role attributed to the present applicants. In the FIR, the bank accounts details are mentioned, but that accounts do not belong to the present applicants. The applicants are ready to cooperate with the police. Though the notice was given to the present applicants on 9/1/2025, however, since there was no protection of any Court, the present applicants first filed anticipatory bail application before the Sessions Court. However, the Sessions Court vide order dated 15/2/2025 rejected the application of the present applicants. Therefore, the present anticipatory bail application has been filed. 3.

The learned APP seeks time to take instructions from the IO and has prayed that the applicants should be directed to attend the office of the IO.

The applicants are directed to attend the concerned police station and meet the IO on 8/4/2025 and 9/4/2025 between 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.

Stand over to 21/4/2025 under the caption "for urgent circulation".

Till next date of the hearing, no coercive steps be taken against the present applicants.
