DATE : 13th MARCH,2025 P.C. :- Ms.Shahu, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that this Court by its order dated 28th February 2025 has granted protection to the co-accused. She submits that the present applicant is ready to co-operate with the Investigating Officer and is ready to handover the knife which is alleged to have been used in the incident, without admitting the guilt.

The applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station on 15th March, 2025 between 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in order to handover the knife which is alleged to be used in the incident without

The Investigating Officer may also record the statement of the present applicant.

Stand over to 18th March, 2025.

In the meantime, till the next date of the hearing, no coercive steps be taken against the applicant.
