DATE : 17th MARCH, 2025 P.C. :- The present anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant wherein the offences has been registered against him under Sections 74, 75, 78, 79, 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO).

The applicant has not added the first informant/victim as a party respondent in the present proceedings. He seeks liberty to add the first informant/victim as party respondent no.2. Liberty as prayed,

KVM 2/2 27 - ABA 675 OF 2025.doc is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. It is made clear that if the amendment is not carried out, the anticipatory bail application will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.

The learned A.P.P. to serve a copy of the present proceedings on the newly added respondent no.2/victim through the Investigating Officer.
