Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 25.9.2025. 3.

Ms. T.H. Udeshi, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant/ State.

The offence under Sections 65(e) and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act is registered against this applicant as the name of this applicant is disclosed by the co-accused. The allegations against this applicant is only about assisting the co-accused and his name is mentioned by the co-accused, case is made out for grant of ad interim anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the present applicant, in connection with Crime No.0159/2025 registered with Police Station Ashti, Distt. Gadchiroli for the offences punishable under Sections 65(e) and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand each with one surety in the like amount. The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station once in a week i.e. every Monday between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. The applicant shall co-operate the Investigating Officer. 6.
