The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.159/2025 for the offence punishable under Section 65(e) and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act.

The applicant is protected by granting ad interim anticipatory bail. The applicant is attending the police station and co-operating with the investigating agency. The learned A.P.P. has also accepted that the applicant is attending the police station. 3.
