This anticipatory bail application has been filed the applicant under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Crime No.726/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 376(2) (n), 354, 354A, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 as well as under Section 66E of the Information Technology Act at Wadgaon Nimbalkar Police Station. 2.

The learned APP submits that the copy of the anticipatory bail application has not been served on the State. 3.
