The learned counsel for the applicant has tendered an affidavitcum-undertaking of the applicant. The said undertaking is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. As per the said undertaking, the applicant is intending to pay only a sum of Rs.82,50,000/- and the said payment would start with first installment on 15/6/2025 i.e. two months from today, a payment of Rs.5 lakhs and thereafter, the second installment would be paid on 15/1/2026, of a installment of Rs.2,50,000/- which amount would then he paid every month. Hence, the last of such payment wound end around June 2028.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant in fact does not desire to pay the amount to the informant. 3.
On the last occasion a specific query was put to the learned counsel for the applicant that if monies of around Rs.95,00,000/- was received from the applicant and if according to him the monies were invested in the share market, what is the value of the said shares as of date ?

Today, the learned counsel for the applicant says that he is not able to answer the query even though the same was put to him on the last hearing. The applicant is given a last chance to put on record as to what is the value of the monies invested by him in the share market as of day.
