The counsel appearing for the applicant has appeared through, however, this Court could not hear him due to electronic glitch. The father of the applicant, who is in the legal profession, present before the Court, has submitted that due to cricket match being held in the colony his sons participated in it. He further submits that the flat in which he is residing is in the joint name of his and his first wife. There are matrimonial disputes going on between him and his first wife. He submits that at present he is staying in the subject flat with

Diksha Rane 924 ABA 696-2025.doc his second wife, daughter, so also his two sons, from his first wife. He submitted that his mother has recently expired. He submits that there are some difficulties as far as selling the subject flat. Since there is bank loan of Rs.12,50,000/- as the flat being mortgaged with the bank. He submits that in the alternative he is trying to shift from the present colony by looking premises in nearby colony on leave and license or purchasing a flat in nearby society and the present flat can be put to on leave and license basis to a third party. For the said purpose, he requires short accommodation.

The learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that the victim's parents are present in the Court and they are completely upset with what was happened with their daughter. 3.

The learned APP submits that the IO is in the process of filing an application for cancellation of the regular bail which is granted to the accused.

Mr. Paresh Parkar, the father of the applicant submits that the mobile instrument of the present applicant was broken down. Mr.Parkar undertakes to hand over the said broken mobile instrument to the IO. The applicant/the father of the applicant is permitted to hand over the broken mobile instrument to the IO within two days
