The learned APP submits that the copy of the anticipatory bail application has not been served on the State. 2.

The applicant is directed to serve a copy of the present proceeding on the State, so also, he directed to add the informant as a party respondent as the provision of Section 85 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 has been invoked. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one wee from today. The extra copy of the anticipatory bail application should also be handed over to the office of the investigating officer so that the same can be served on the first informant.
