Learned APP waives service of notice for nonapplicant/State. 4.

Crime No.919 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 130, 177, 181, 3(1) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and under Sections 65(a), 65(e), 68, 77(a), 81 and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, 1949 with Police Station Hinganghat, District Wardha is registered against the present applicant.

The allegations are made that the raid was

conducted on receiving the information about illegal selling of liquor. Two persons were taken into custody and they have mentioned the name of this applicant that he provided said liquor.

Considering the allegations made against the applicant, in the meantime, the applicant needs to be protected. Accordingly, I pass following order: i] By way of ad-interim protection, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant- Akash @ Tinu Suraj Gawli, in connection with Crime No.919 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 130, 177, 181, 3(1) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and under Sections 65(a), 65(e), 68, 77(a), 81 and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, 1949 with Police Station Hinganghat, district Wardha the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Thousand with one solvent surety in the like amount.

ii] The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iii] The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

iv] The applicant shall attend the

concerned police station on every Monday and Saturday between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

v] The applicant shall co-operate the investigation officer.

The protection shall remain in force till next date.
