Mr. Nagode, holding for Advocate Mr. Kore submits that the arguing counsel due to personal difficulty is not able to attend the Court proceedings today. He seeks a short accommodation. 2.

The learned APP submits that the informant have been served in the present proceedings and the investigating officer informed that the Advocate appearing for the first informant is not able to attend the Court proceedings today. She submits that the statement under Section 183 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been recorded of the first informant-victim girl, who is 18 years old. As per the said statement as far as the present applicant, who is the maternal uncle of the husband of the victim girl, she mentions that he had told her to go back to her parent's house.
