Learned APP waives service of notice for nonapplicant No.1 /State. 4.

The allegations made against the applicant, are that he took her on bike by saying that he likes her and touched her inappropriately. Thereafter she has lodged the complaint. The learned counsel for the applicant has took me through the whats-app chat which shows that something was there between both of them. Considering the age of the accused and the victim, the case is made out to protect the applicant by

granting ad interim protection. Accordingly, I pass following order:

i] By way of ad-interim protection it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant- Rehan Salim Khan, in connection with Crime No.597 of 2025, registered with Police Station Ramnagar, District Wardha for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 351(3), 74, 75(1)(i), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and for the offences punishable under Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences, 2012 shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Thousand with one solvent surety in the like amount.

ii] The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iii] The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

iv] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station once in a week i.e. on Sunday between 1.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. and surrender his mobile to verify about the Whatsapp chat. v] The applicant shall co-operate the

investigation officer.

The protection shall remain in force till next date.
