Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 09.10.2025.

The learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for non-applicant/State.

The applicant has apprehension of arrest in Crime No.409/2025 registered with Police Station Goregaon, District Gondia for the offences punishable under Sections 318(2), 337, 336(3), 234, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

It is the case of the prosecution that the Sarpanch has lodged the complaint against these applicants that they have issued a No Objection Certificate to run the Guest House by using seal of Gram Panchayat without any authority and the offence is registered.

Considering the allegations made against these applicants, the case is made out to grant ad interim anticipatory bail. Accordingly, I pass following order: i] It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicants namely, (1) Narendra Sampatji
2 28.aba.707.25 Rahangdale and (2) Manoj Bhagchand Bisen, in connection with Crime No.409/2025 registered with Police Station Goregaon, District Gondia for the offences punishable under Sections 318(2), 337, 336(3), 234, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, they shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand each with one solvent surety each in the like amount. ii] The applicants shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.
iii] The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.
iv] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday between 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
v] The applicant shall co-operate the Investigating Officer.
The protection shall remain in force till next date.
