The applicant has apprehension of arrest in Crime No.0067/2025 registered at Nagpur City Cyber Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 314, 316, 319(2), 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 66 and 66(C) of the Information

The allegations made against this applicant are that he had stolen the data of complainant company and transfer it to other company. The crime is registered against this applicant.

Considering the allegations made against this applicant, the case is made out to grant ad interim anticipatory bail. Accordingly, I pass following order: i] It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No.0067/2025 registered at Nagpur City Cyber Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 314, 316, 319(2), 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 66 and 66(C) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand with one solvent surety in the like amount.

ii] The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iii] The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

iv] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Tuesday between 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The protection shall remain in force till next date.
