DATE : 2nd MAY, 2025 P.C. :- Ms.Shinde, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that due to medical emergency, her clients could not clear the sum of Rupees Seven Lakhs which was to be paid via cheque. The said cheque has been dishonoured. She submits on instructions that her clients are able to find the buyer to purchase the subject flat and the partial payment would be paid by 20th May,2025. 2.
Mr.Jagtap, the learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that the respondent no.2 is present in Court and respondent no.2 is interested in getting refund of Rupees Forty Seven Lakhs.

As a matter of indulgence, the respondent no.2 is ready to wait for a further period of four weeks, since this Court will be closing within a week for summer vacation. This could be only by way of last chance, to the present applicants, otherwise she submits that she has instructions from her advocate to oppose the present pre-arrest bail application.

Interim protection granted earlier to continue till the next date of the hearing.
