The learned APP states that the copy of the anticipatory bail application has not been served on the State. She submits that the IO also requires that the complainant should attend the office of the IO in order to help the IO in identifying the people who are seen in the video clip of the incident.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks liberty to add the informant as party respondent no.2 in the present proceeding.

Liberty as prayed for granted. Amendment to be carried out
