Mr. Kharat, learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty carry out the corrections in the anticipatory bail application and to add the complainant as party respondent no. 2.

Liberty granted as prayed for. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. If the amendment is not carried out forthwith, the anticipatory bail application will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
