The learned Advocate for the Applicants seeks liberty to amend the Anticipatory Bail Application and add the first Informant as a party Respondent No.2. Liberty is granted, as prayed for. 2.

Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. 3.

The APP is directed to serve a copy of the Anticipatory Bail Application to the newly added Respondent through the Investigating Officer.

The learned APP submits that the victim's father is present in the Court and is seeking the appointment of an advocate from legal aid to represent her. Accordingly, Ms. Vilasini Subramaniam, an advocate from Amol D. Nawale

The learned APP is directed to hand over a copy of the present proceedings to Ms. Vilasini Subramaniam, the newly appointed advocate to represent the victim.
