The learned Senior Advocate appearing for the applicant submits that there is a decree passed as against the amount which has been mentioned in the present proceeding. He submits that the present applicant was a Managing Director in the sugar factory and since the sugar factory has gone into liquidation in the year 2016, the present applicant had already joined another sugar factory in the year 2013.

The learned APP submits that the IO is not present today, therefore, she seeks short accommodation.
