Since the statement was made by the counsel appearing for the applicant on instructions of the applicant that sum of Rs. 9 crores would be deposited with the respondent no.1, interim protection was granted to the applicant by this Court, on the last date of hearing. 2.

Today the counsel appearing for the applicant submits that there are some kind of misunderstanding between him and his client due to which a statement was made on the last occasion of depositing Rs.9 crores without admitting the guilt. Therefore, he wants to withdraw his statement.

Stand over to 29 April 2025.

Since the interim protection was granted by this Court only because the applicant desired to deposit sum of Rs. 9 crores with the respondent no.1, the same now stands vacated. (RAJESH S. PATIL, J.) Harish
