DATE : 18th MARCH, 2025 P.C. :- This application is filed for pre-arrest bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Crime No. 0011/2025 dated 5th January, 2025 registered with Wanvadi Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 340(2), 338, 336(3), 319(2), 318(4) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Mr.Nimbalkar, the learned senior counsel submits that the applicant is a lawyer by profession and suffered from lung cancer and recently he has also suffered to paralytic stroke. He submits that the
KVM 2/2 929 - ABA 730 OF 2025.doc applicant is ready to abide by the conditions imposed. Therefore, the custody of the present applicant is not necessary. 3.
As regards the crime committed, the main accused has already been arrested. The name of the present applicant is not there in the FIR initially. Only on the basis of the statement of the co-accused, the present applicant's name has been added as an accused. 4.
The learned A.P.P. submits that she needs to take instructions from the Investigating Officer. Therefore, this matter can be taken up on the next date.
