The learned APP submits that the present proceeding pertains to the objectionable emails received by the complainant. She submits that the IO has written a letter under Section 94 of the BNSS Act to the Google LLC, California, seeking from them assistance in identifying the person who is responsible for generating the emails in which certain objectionable messages are addressed to a lady, who is the complainant.

Considering the documents on record, since this is a case
Diksha Rane 930 ABA 736-2025.doc where certain objectionable emails have been received by a lady, it will be necessary to verify as to who is behind these emails sent to a lady - complainant. Hence, I hereby direct the responsible officer/Incharge officer of the Google India whose office is at BKC, Bandra (East), in FIFC Building 54 & 55, Level 7, Plot C, G Block, to assit the police to investigate the crime registered at the behest of a lady, and they are further directed if need arises to be in touch with Google LLC, California, to get the details of the subject email account and/or the applications.
