Heard the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the nonapplicant/ State. 3.
I have gone through the charge-sheet. It appears that informant - Nishant Santosh Tandekar allowed the coaccused to open the account and operate it on the promise of payment of money. There was a quarrel between the informant, other accused persons and the present applicant wherein, the present applicant assaulted the informant by means of iron rod like object on his head, whereby he

It appears that the applicant was protected by the interim order dated 03.10.2025 and he was directed to attend the concerned police station. It is informed across the bar that the alleged iron rod like object has already been recovered. Filing of charge-sheet shows that the investigation is completed in all respects. It is also a matter of record that the applicant appeared before the trial Court and furnished the surety.
5.
Considering the fact that the weapon used in the crime i.e. iron rod like object has already been recovered, the investigation has culminated into filing of charge-sheet and considering the nature of injury as well as considering the fact that the co-accused has already been released on anticipatory bail, a case is made out for grant of interim anticipatory bail. Consequently, the ad interim protection granted vide order dated 03.10.2025 is hereby confirmed. 6.
Since, the charge-sheet has already been filed, the applicant need not attend the concerned police station in the present crime.
7.
With this, the application stands disposed of. (M.W. Chandwani, J.) Wagh
