3) Learned APP waives service of notice for nonapplicant/State. 4) The applicants are apprehending their arrest in Crime No.105 of 2025 registered with Police Station Civil Lines, District Akola, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 417 and 420 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
5) It is alleged that the applicant No.1 along with other co-accused have given the assurance of job in WCL and they have created the whats-app group of the needy
2 / 3 3- ab a 757-25 persons and gave assurance of job and duped them. The allegations are made against the applicants are that the applicant no.1 was the member of the whats-app group and in presence of the applicant No.2, the cash was handed over to accused No.2 (husband of applicant No.2 and father of applicant No.1). Considering the allegations made against the applicants and their role, the case is made out to protect the applicants by granting ad-interim anticipatory bail. 6) Accordingly, I pass following order:
i] By way of ad-interim protection, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicants-Khushbu Ashutosh Changoiwala (Agrawal) and Geeta Ashutosh Changoiwala (Agrawal) in connection with Crime No. 105 of 2025 registered with police Station Civil Lines, District Akola, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 417 and 420 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Thousand each with one solvent surety in the like amount.
ii] The applicants shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.
iii] The applicants shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.
iv] The applicants shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday between 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The protection shall remain in force till next date.
