The learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for non-applicant/State.

The applicant has apprehension of arrest in Crime No.248/2025 registered at Police Station, Julka, District Washim for the offences punishable under Sections 64(1), 127(2), 115(2), 351(2), 351(3), 351(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 5.

It is alleged that accused No.1, who is the son of this applicant was having affair with the victim and they had sexual relations when she was minor. All the allegations about rape are made against the son of the applicant. The allegation against this applicant is that the son of the applicant was staying in Pune and called the victim at Pune. At that time, the victim travelled with this applicant, who is the father of the accused No.1. 6.

Considering the role played by this applicant, the case is made out to protect the applicant by granting

Accordingly, I pass following order: i] It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No.248/2025 registered at Police Station, Julka, District Washim for the offences punishable under Sections 64(1), 127(2), 115(2), 351(2), 351(3), 351(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, he shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

ii] The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iii] The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

iv] The applicant shall co-operate the Investigation Officer.

The protection shall remain in force till next date.
