Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 13.11.2025. 3.
Ms. M.A. Barabde, learned A.P.P. waives notice for the non-applicant/State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.595/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 118(1), 190, 191(2) and 191(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

The quarrel took place in front of bar where the applicant was sitting. He came out, at that time, complainant also assaulted him. The counter first information reports are there. 6.
The learned Advocate for the applicant has stated that all the co-accused who were in custody are released on bail. The applicant was injured, he was in hospital and he has undergone surgery. He is the First Informant in counter F.I.R.

Considering the allegations made against this applicant, case is made out to protect the applicant by granting ad interim protection. 8.
Hence, I pass the following order:-
aba763.2025.odt i) It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant- Saiyyad Chand Saiyyad Babbu, registered with Police Station Old City, Akola in connection with Crime No.595/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 118(1), 190, 191(2) and 191(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand with one solvent surety in the like amount.
ii) The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.
iii) The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.
iv) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday and Saturday between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. v) The applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer. 9.
