The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.595/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 118(1), 190, 191(2) and 191(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

The quarrel took place in front of bar where the applicant was sitting. He came out, at that time, complainant also assaulted him. The counter first information reports are there. 4.

The learned Advocate for the applicant has stated that all the co-accused who were in custody are released on bail. The applicant was injured, he was in hospital and he has undergone surgery. He is the First Informant in counter F.I.R.

The learned A.P.P. states that there is a counter F.I.R. and considering the allegations levelled against this applicant, this application may be rejected.

The learned Advocate for the applicant states that the applicant is attending the police station.

Considering the reasons given in the order dated 9.10.2025 granting interim protection, it is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
