The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.161/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the applicant, who is a Job Consultant, has assured to give a job in Airport to the complainant and had asked to attend training and taken Rs.80,000/-. The complainant had worked in Hyderabad Airport for four months and had received Rs.12,000/- per month. As he was assured to give job in Nagpur Airport, the complainant came back.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that the offence is not made out against the present applicant, he has given the job. Hence, prayed to allow the application. 4.

Learned A.P.P. opposed the application stating that similar crimes are registered against the applicant. Hence, prayed to reject the application.

Heard both sides and perused the record.

The applicant is a Job Consultant. In earlier crimes he is released on bail. It appears that as he is a Job Consultant he had

aba767.2025.odt given a job to the complainant, however, the complainant wanted job in Nagpur, therefore, he came back and asked to give job in Nagpur Airport and thereafter lodged the complaint and crime is registered. 7.

Considering the allegations made against this applicant, case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, the application is allowed.

It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant - Rajesh Ananda Lawange, in connection with Crime No.161/2025 for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand with one solvent surety in the like amount.

i) The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

ii) The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

iii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer.
