The learned APP submits that a copy of the anticipatory bail application has been served just now in the Court Hall. He submits that the name of the present applicant/accused has been roped-in after the remand report dated 5 February 2025. He submits that three of the accused persons have been arrested and their regular bail application has been rejected. Therefore, he requires to take instructions from the investigating officer as regards the role of the present applicant in the crime.
