The learned APP submits that copy of the anticipatory bail application has not been served on the office of the PP. 2.
The applicant is directed to serve a copy of the anticipatory bail application on the office of the PP in the course of the day. 3.
In the present proceeding, the crime has been registered on a complaint filed by the owner of a commercial premises. The complainant had executed an agreement with the applicant herein. Thereby the applicant was supposed to pay a compensation of Rs.1,15,000/- per month and the security deposit was of Rs.15,00,000/-. The period of the agreement was from 1 October 2018 to 30 September 2023. It is alleged that the applicant being just a licensee her without permission of the complainant created sub-tenancy
in favour of one Mr. Sahu for a period of 11 months in the year 2020 accepting deposit of Rs.11,50,000/- and compensation/rent of Rs. 3,50,000/- per month. A crime bearing no. 334 of 2021 was registered against the Mr. Sahu under the provisions of The Immoral Traffic (prevention) Act, 1956.

Mr. Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to add the first informant as party respondent no.2. 5.
Liberty granted as prayed for. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. If the amendment is not carried out forthwith, the anticipatory bail application will be dismissed without further reference to this Court.

APP to serve a copy of the anticipatory bail application upon the newly added respondent no.2 through the investigating officer.

Issue notice to newly added respondent no. 2 returnable on 27 March 2025. Apart from Court notice, advocate for the applicant is permitted to serve the respondent no.2 by advocate's private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service to that effect before the next date of the hearing. Details of Crime No.334 of 2021, should be filed before the next date of hearing. 8.
Stand over to 27 March 2025, matter to come up under the
caption "For Urgent Hearing".
