The learned APP submits that copy of the anticipatory bail application has been served just now in the Court Hall. He seeks a short accommodation to take instructions form the investigating officer. He submits that this is a matter pertains to NDPS Act. He submits that going through the Sessions Court's order it can be seen that there is one more antecedent reported against the present applicant which is also under the NDPS Act. He submits that as far as the grandmother of the present applicant is concerned, there are seven antecedents reported against her. He submits that on information received, an operation was lodged where, a room above the first floor of one Majid Shaikh in Aman Chawl was raided. In the said raid 4910 grams "Ganja was found.
