The learned APP submits that copy of the anticipatory bail application has been served just now in the Court Hall. He needs to take instructions from the investigating officer. He further submits that after going through the order passed by the Sessions Court, it can be seen that the first informant and his son have sustained grievous injuries by hard and blunt objects. One wooden log has been seized from the spot of the incident. Remaining wooden logs/sticks used in the crime are yet to be recovered. Therefore, the Sessions Court rejected the anticipatory bail application of the present applicants.

Mr. Khairnar, learned counsel for the applicants seeks interim protection. Considering the contents of the FIR and the fact that there are grievous injuries to the informant and his son, the medical Harish

906-ABA-780-2025.doc report needs to be looked into and the stage of the investigation needs to be found out from the investigating officer. Hence, the request for interim protection made by the learned counsel for the applicants is rejected.
