The learned APP submits that copy of the anticipatory bail application has not been served on the office of the PP. 2.

The applicant is directed to serve a copy of the anticipatory bail application on the PP office.

Taking into consideration the FIR, it since that the present applicant had provided iron rod to the main accused in order to injure the first informant. The presence of the applicant appeared in the CCTV footage. It since that even, the investigating officer has submitted the charge-sheet against the accused persons.
