Mr. Steven, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 submits that he has not been served a copy of anticipatory bail application.

The learned APP also submits that a copy of the anticipatory bail application has also not been served on the office of the PP.

The applicants are directed to serve a copies of the present anticipatory bail application to all the concerned parties in the course of the day. If the service is not affected, the anticipatory bail application will be dismissed without reference to this Court. 4.

909-ABA-783-2025.doc that the applicant no.1 is in live-in-relationship with the father of the first informant. The first informant is staying in the premises from his childhood. His mother and his other siblings were also residing with him. His mother has recently died. Now the siblings of the first informant are residing outside Mumbai for the purpose of work. He does small type electronic repairing works and earns his livelihood from it. He submits that by force, the accused persons entered into his house and thrown away all the belonging of him. Therefore, an FIR has been lodged.

Mr. Fadtare, holding for advocate Mr. Kadam seeks a short accommodation.
