The learned APP submits that due to ill health of the IO, though the present applicant attended the concerned police station, they could not meet the concerned IO on 26/3/2025 and 27/3/2025, therefore, she requests to fix the dates for applicant to attend and meet the IO.

The counsel for the applicant has tendered an affidavit of a lady Harshala Sandip Divekar dated 1/4/2025. The said affidavit is taken on record.

The learned APP submitted that IO is hospitalized and will be resuming duty on 4/4/2025. In order to enable the IO to record the

The applicant is directed to attend and meet the IO on 9/4/2025 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

Stand over to 15/4/2025 under the caption "for urgent circulation".

6.

The ad-interim protection granted earlier to continue till the next date of the hearing.
