The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.648/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 351(3), 3(5) and 308(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

The applicant is protected by granting ad interim protection on 16.10.2025. The applicant is attending the police station. The learned A.P.P. has also stated that the applicant is attending the police station and complied with the conditions imposed on him. 4.
Considering the allegations made against this applicant and for the reasons given in the order dated 16.10.2025, interim protection is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
