On 20/3/2025, the following order was passed by this Court:- 1.
The learned APP submits that copy of the anticipatory bail application has been served just now in the Court Hall. She needs to take instructions from the investigating officer.

Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for the applicants submits that interim protection needs to be granted to the present applicants before this Court hears the anticipatory bail application.

I have gone through the contents of the FIR and have also gone through the order of the Sessions Court. The allegations against the applicants along with other accused is that while the 12th standard board examination was on going and the paper of English subject was scheduled, the present applicants along with her family members co- accused persons, created a ruckus near the examination center. The home guard persons who were at the center of the examination along with staff of the Deputy Director of Examination tried to calm down the applicants and the other accused persons. However, they were not in any kind of mood to coll down, and in fact the applicant no. 3 caught hold the collar of the informant and threatened him stating that he would implicate the informant in an atrocity offence. The staff on bandobast were abused by all the three applicants.

Taking into consideration the serious crime being committed by the all the three applicants, when the students were appearing for the 12th standard board examination, according to me, interim protection should not be granted to such kind of persons.

Stand over to 27 March 2025.

At this stage, Mr. Jadhav submits that the matter should not be taken up on 27 March 2025 since, he has some difficulties. Therefore, the matter adjourned to1 April, 2025.

Since none appears for the applicants when the matter is called out, the anticipatory bail application stands dismissed for non prosecution.
