The applicants are apprehending arrest in Crime No.493/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 74, 76, 115(2), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

The allegations in the F.I.R. are made that when the First Informant asked not to construct on the side of her house, applicants pulled her hair, slapped her, torn her blouse and saree and gave fists blows, therefore, the F.I.R. was lodged and the crime is registered. 4.

The Counter F.I.R. is lodged by these applicants against the First Informant.

Considering the allegations levelled against these applicants and as the applicants are attending the police station, which is conceded by the learned A.P.P., custodial interrogation of these applicants is not required. Hence, interim protection granted on 16.10.2025 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions with a modification that the applicants shall attend the trial regularly. 5.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
