Mr. Ujjwal Phasate, learned A.P.P. waives notice for the non-applicant/State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.611/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 80(2), 3(5) and 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

It is alleged that the daughter of the complainant has committed suicide after two years of her marriage. The applicant is the sister-in-law of the deceased. The allegations are made that the applicant along with her mother and brother behaved with the deceased in a cruel manner and, therefore, she has committed the suicide.

The learned Advocate for the applicant has stated that the applicant is staying in Mumbai and she is doing job. The allegations against this applicant are that she used to instigate on telephone to her mother to torture deceased and, therefore, the name of this applicant is mentioned.

Heard both sides and perused the record.

Considering the allegations that the applicant, who is the daughter-in-law, and only allegations against her are that she used to torture the deceased by calling her mother on phone and instigate her mother to torture the deceased, case is made out to protect the applicant by granting ad interim protection.

i) It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant - Gayatri W/o Vishnu Sapkal in Crime No.611/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 80(2), 3(5) and 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand with one solvent surety in the like amount.

ii) The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iii) The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

iv) The applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer. v) The applicant to attend the concerned Police Station as and when called by the Investigating officer.
