The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.611/2025 for the offence punishable under Section 80(2), 3(5) and 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

The allegations are made against the applicant, who is the sister-in-law of the deceased, about instigating the husband of the deceased on telephone. The detailed order is passed on 16.10.2025. 4.

Considering the allegations made against this applicant and for the reasons stated while granting ad interim protection on 16.10.2025, the interim protection is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
