The learned Advocate for the Applicants seeks liberty to amend the Anticipatory Bail Application and add the first Informant as a party Respondent No.2. Liberty is granted, as prayed for. 2.

Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. It is made clear that if the amendment is not carried out, the present anticipatory bail application shall stand rejected without further reference to this Court.

The learned Advocate for the applicant is directed to serve a copy of the anticipatory bail application to the learned APP. The learned APP is directed to serve a copy of the amended Anticipatory Bail Application to the newly added Respondent through the Investigating Officer. 4.

Stand over to 1 April 2025.
