DATE : 15th APRIL, 2025 P.C. :- The learned A.P.P. submits that the victim girl married one Omkar Dattatray Jadhav. However, due to certain differences in her matrimonial life, the victim girl came back to her parents house.

It is alleged that Dattatray Bhise (applicant in ABA/796/2025) helped Kumar Kamble to elope with the victim girl. As of today, both Omkar Jadhav and Kumar Kamble have been arrested. The mother of Omkar Jadhav has also been arrested. The notice was issued by this Court in both anticipatory bail applications, to the victim girl. However, none appears on behalf of the victim. The learned A.P.P. submits that the advocate from the Legal Aid be appointed to represent the victim girl. 2.
Hence, Advocate Mr.Sarthak Diwan, practicing in this Court is appointed as Legal Aid Counsel to represent the victim girl. 3.
The learned A.P.P. submits that the victim girl at present is in rehab centre.

The learned counsel for the applicant to serve a copy of the present anticipatory bail application to advocate Mr.Sarthak Diwan. 5.
Stand over to 17th April, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption of 'Directions'.
6.
Ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, to continue till the next date of the hearing.
