The learned counsel for the applicant submits that out of total amount of Rs.24,65,000/- involved in the present crime, a sum of Rs.14,00,000/- has already been paid to the victim. The balance amount of Rs.10,65,000/- will be deposited in this Court within a short period.

The applicant is permitted to add the informant as party respondent no.2. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. If the amendment is not carried, the anticipatory bail application stands dismissed without reference to this Court. The learned APP to serve

Issue notice to the newly added respondent no.2, returnable on 15/4/2025. Apart from the Court notice, advocate for the applicant is permitted to serve the newly added respondent no.2 by advocate's private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service to that effect before the next date of the hearing.
