Ms. Madake, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the informant's son has filed a Civil Suit before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune for specific performance before the FIR was lodged. She submits that Exhibit-5 has been preferred by the plaintiff therein. However, as of today, no relief has been granted against the defendants. She submits that the defendants have collectively filed an application under Order 7 Rule 11 which is also pending. She seeks liberty to add the first informant as party respondent.

Liberty granted as prayed for. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. If the amendment is not carried out forthwith, the anticipatory bail application will stand dismissed without further Harish

APP to serve a copy of the anticipatory bail application upon the newly added respondent through the investigating officer. 4.

Issue notice to newly added respondent, returnable on 1 April 2025. Apart from Court notice, advocate for the applicant is permitted to serve newly added respondent by advocate's private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service to that effect before the next date of the hearing.
