I have heard both sides and perused the record. 3.

Considering the allegations made against this applicant that he had sexual relations with the victim by giving her false promise of marriage and it is the case of the applicant that he came to know that the victim is already married, matter is adjourned to 18.11.2025. 4.

In the meantime, non-applicant is directed not to take coercive action against the present applicant.
